Job Title: Business Development Executive (Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer)
Job Summary:
You will generally spend most of your time developing new customers and nurturing existing sales. You will be responsible for building your sales funnel and pipeline. You will be supported by our marketing/lead generation teams which will help with delivering warm leads but then you will not solely rely on marketing leads. You should have the ability to develop a pipeline and should have the ability to build an extensive network via LinkedIn. Developing and cultivating positive, mutually beneficial relationships with our inside customer service team to achieve or exceed sales quotas is key to success in this role. A technical background may be helpful. You will be interfacing with OEMs or contract assemblers both buyers and engineers.
Responsibilities:
-Work with a team of sales people to identify the best options to fill client needs.
-Build a sales funnel with a plan to contact prospects regularly until you win their business.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure new business contracts
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential market opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management
Required Skillset:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field. However, we would consider a sharp grad with some manufacturing or sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and business strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
